Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Sales Manager is the responsible for sales of heating appliances on Slovak market through different channels - wholesalers, retailers, distributors, DIY stores, etc.
Main tasks will be :
1. To define and implement the area annual sales budget;
2. To develop business in his area of responsibility by identifying needs and opportunities of the specific market;
3. To frequently and intensively visit present and potential customers;
4. To identify and develop new customers;
5. To increase sales volume and turnover in the area of responsibility;
6. To offer sales support, regarding the orders and follow up payments of clients;
7. To cooperate and interact synergically with the Marketing Manager and the Technical Assistance Department;
8. To manage the reporting system as required by the company.
9. Manage customer trainings, attend sales / PR events to keep abreast of the latest developments and on-going communication strategies

• planning, organisation and communication;
• relationship management, dynamic personality, flexibility, customer focus;
• team-player in a small team;
• availability to travel;
• English knowledge is a plus
• PC knowledge (Office).
