Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
In the role of Process Executive - Insurance you will be responsible for communication with German speaking officers of our client – a global insurance company. You will provide back office support to Underwriters, including preparation and maintenance of insurance contracts, and verification of information for contracts. The suitable candidate will have solid German communication skills and previous work experience in an administrative support role will be advantageous.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Register new contracts on database
• Maintain, update, and amend information for contracts
• Register new submissions
• Prepare and generate documentation papers (policy papers, letters etc)
• Review contracts on a timely basis
• Renew and cancel contracts on yearly cycle
• Develop and maintain good relationships with team members and client representatives
REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluency in both German and English language
• Previous working experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Secondary or University education
• Eye for detail
• Ability to learn quickly
• IT literacy
• Interest in Insurance industry is a big asset
