Job description, responsibilities and duties
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Service Supervisor ensures operational support to Back office and Front office for French speaking countries.
- Customer Service Supervisor assigns tasks to both teams, evaluates results and individual performance of each agent
- Resolves complex complains directly with customers, or with business partners
- Cooperates with financial department when resolving errors and complains, supports sales department when implementing new products or any marketing campaigns
- Ensures archiving of operational evidence and cooperates while audit controls
- Supervisor couches agents and continuously improves team’s effectiveness
- Distribution of agents shifts, setting up rules for call measurements, motivation and performance evaluation.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- PC (MS Office), advanced knowledge of MS Excel (complex functions, contingency tables, macro)
- Fluency in French and advanced English
- Experience in customer service at least 2 years IS A MUST
- Experience with leading people IS A MUST
