Job description, responsibilities and duties

As Process Improvement & Compliance Lead you will take care of members of the SOX and Process Improvement Team.

Your daily tasks will be:
* supervising SOX compliance & overseeing all SOX compliance processes
* coordinating external and internal audits
* supervising and detecting potential fraud areas
* planning and managing SOX controls
* supervising and proposing solutions and identifying opportunities for Process Improvement
* taking care of process simplification
* training and evaluating employees
* closely cooperating with all departments in the company
* selecting and conducting new employee orientation program
