Project Delivery Manager – smart streaming technologies!

Have you worked at least 5 years in the area of SW development projects delivery or IT Service Delivery to external customers?

· As part of your primary responsibilities, you will define the project, its contents and time schedule in collaboration with all the relevant stakeholders – mainly with the client and team leaders within the company.

· You will constantly monitor the project fulfillment and proactively eliminate the potential risks that arise during the development and delivery.

· You will report on the running realization and execution of the project.

· You will proactively communicate with the internal and external client and the external suppliers to successfully deliver on the project goals and KPIs.

· You will provide a complex customer care in the post-implementation phase including a thorough and timely response to incidents, planning and managing the maintenance of the TV platform and other service activities.

· You will be the go-to-person for the customer regarding the technicalities of the product and you will need to keep yourself updated on the features.

· You will meet with customers in CZ and abroad and you will support the pre-sales and sales phase by providing the client with relevant information with regards to the eventual severity of the complex project and the delivery.
