ServiceNow engineer

We want you to:
- be responsible for the development, installation, configuration and ongoing support of internally developed software
- work within a global team, liaising between account teams and application owners to ensure that requirements are met and continuity of service is maintained during changes and incidents
- be accountable to Operational and Engineering Delivery Management and will be responsible for assigned applications

Your ideal profile:
- university degree in computer science/ equivalent work experience
- a few years of relevant experience
- good level of English
- understanding of the business environment, processes, and organization
- knowledge of Change and Incident Management processes
- knowledge of Test Driven Development
- knowledge of basic programming techniques, DevOps, and MicroServices
- experience with GitHub and SVN repository, RedMin
- practical experience with ServiceNow

- practical experience with some of the following:
----- Angular, Javascript, Java, J2EE, SQL Server, SSIS, TSQL, Oracle
----- QlikView, Informatica, APIs, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, LINQ, TFS
----- Hadoop, Spark, VBA, Bash, Less, D3, HighCharts, NodeJS
----- JSON, XML, Kony
- ITIL foundation would be nice
