Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Responsibility for day to day management of the operation of the relocation and immigration department.
• Responsibility for the overall profitability of the relocation business.
• Control and measure the service quality according to the pre-defined KPIS for each individual services.
• Responsibility for preparation of analyses of service activity and financial report.
• Management of the team, training new staff members, supporting team in the daily service delivery activities.
• Cooperation with sales in order to suggest new solutions and provide support for new business opportunities.

• Ability to work under pressure.
