Assistant of Plant Manager

- Assist to management in improving organization and business processes, follow up with line of manager´s actions to ensure on time delivery or result (can be in the form of projects)
- Communicate internally and externally to support the superior to finish the assigned task – creating presentations, report meeting minutes, announcements, task lists, ad hoc research
- Managing and handling the correspondence and translations for management
- Organizing meetings, managing the meeting rooms
- Providing administrative and secretarial services, booking hotels, tickets, arranging VISAs for business trips
- Maintain and purchase the office facility/stationary (such as PC, printer,…)
- Reception management - receiving visitors (registration, personal protection equipment,…), Mail – service, ordering lunches, managing meeting rooms
- Perform contract management
- Other tasks as assigned from time to time from management
