Nature and aim of the position
• Ensure the smooth run of the Merchant service department
• Support and ease the administrative part of work of the Sales team
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Merchant service (CRM, customer service-emails, phones, complaints)
• Responsibility for daily shipment of customer packages
• Management of CRM and sales reporting tool
• Create analyses and reports on daily, weekly, monthly bases
• Sales department support (issuing solutions, contracts)
• Administrative support of Sales Manager
• Debts collection
The duties can be extended or changed after arrangement.
