Organizational psychologist

You work at least 2-3 years as an Occupational / Organizational Psychologist.
You have the daily routine of delivering training, you are approachable, open and you have experience in coaching as well. You have managed entire recruitment selection cycles. You would like to work in a team where Occupational psychology is a highlighted role, and you are looking for not just a job, but you want to serve a good cause as well.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Organizing and delivering soft-skill training
- Individual development (coaching)
- Student selection of our tech education program
- Anything that is close to your skills in a school :)

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- Diploma in psychology, organizational psychology background is an advantage
- Coach/trainer degree
- Ability to do Individual work
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Enthusiasm, participating in events sometimes during the nights
