Our client, a leading and fast-growing multinational corporation focused on metering and other technologies, is seeking an IT Support Technician with English to join their international IT team in Prague.
Your new role:
You will be responsible for providing high quality customer support for the company as first point of contact via phone, e-Support and/or other media for support related IT requests to the company’s customers, with the key focus on achieving high standards in first contact resolution.
What you'll need to succeed:
You are a perfect fit for this position if your English is on a communicative level. Also you should be accurate and customer oriented person with 2+ years of experience in Helpdesk Service & support/helpdesk environment. You should have the strong IT support background including a thorough understanding of the MS Operating Systems, Desktop Applications and some LAN & WAN background, basic knowledge of VoIP and VLAN configuration. You should have a work permit.
