Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our international client, the company providing operations support of international customers from the financial industry, is currently looking for a Clearing Operations Officer to join their team of professionals in Prague.
Your new role
You will be the first point of contact and helpdesk for international customers from the financial industry, users of financial clearing software. You will be in charge of supporting any complaints and queries from the side of clients. Also you will provide the customer onsite trainings all around the world. You will be working in shifts and on public holidays.
What you'll need to succeed
As an ideal candidate you must be a highly customer-oriented and communicative person who has at least 1+ year of work/trainee experience in Customer Support/Banking/Insurance. Excellent knowledge of English is a must. Understanding of the functionality of financial markets is an advantage. You must have a work permit.
