Your new role
You will be responsible for providing both onsite support (IT infrastructure problems), but also remote support via ticketing system. You would provide professional highly customer oriented support to end-users as a first point of contact. Supporting implementation of new IT processes, manage end-use incidents and prioritizes service in line with business needs.
