At the moment we are looking for an experienced payroll specialist who would like to take the payroll experience to another level.

- Gathering and validating data from HR teams for payroll calculations

- Cooperating with HR teams

- Performing payroll controls

- Executing post-payroll activities and reporting to local authorities and finance teams

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or French - Advanced (C1) or German - Advanced (C1) or Hebrew - Advanced (C1) or Serbian - Advanced (C1) or Arabic - Advanced (C1) or Romanian - Advanced (C1) or Italian - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Experience in Payroll or HR at least 3 years

- Fluent in English and in one of the following languages: German, French, Italian, Arabic, Hebrew, Romanian, Serbian.

- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookup,..)

- Analytical skills

- Deep knowledge of personal income tax legislation and labour law

- Experience with Peoplesoft or Workday

- Innovative thinking
