Service Support Expert (m/f/d)

Located in: HIMA France (Champs-sur-Marne) or HIMA Slovakia (Nitra)

Expectations and Tasks

• Analysis and resolution of requests, faults or tickets (SR, INC, Problems) from HIMA IT users.
• Identification of problems and tasks that require additional support and forwarding or escalation to the appropriate departments
• Helping to build up a know-how database by entering reference solutions
• Updating relevant user documentation
• Taking over 1st level activities

Qualifications and Skills

• Ideally a training or studies in the IT sector or commercial training with relevant further training
• Good understanding of IT and for general security standards
• Good knowledge in Microsoft365 Cloud Services, ITIL and Windows 10
• Knowledge in Software packaging and distribution with Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Fluent English, ideally fluently German knwoledge
