Service Support Expert (m/f/d)
Located in: HIMA France (Champs-sur-Marne) or HIMA Slovakia (Nitra)
Start: as soon as possible
Expectations and Tasks
- Analysis and resolution of requests, faults or tickets (SR, INC, Problems) from HIMA IT users.
- Identification of problems and tasks that require additional support and forwarding or escalation to the appropriate departments
- Helping to build up a know-how database by entering reference solutions
- Updating relevant user documentation
- Taking over 1st level activities
Qualifications and Skills
- Ideally a training or studies in the IT sector or commercial training with relevant further training
- Good understanding of IT and for general security standards
- Good knowledge in Microsoft365 Cloud Services, ITIL and Windows 10
- Knowledge in Software packaging and distribution with Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Fluent English, ideally fluently German knwoledge
