Job description, responsibilities and duties
- supervision of the AP team
- acting as an escalation point for team members
- checking and coordinating day-to-day activities of the AP team eg. resolution of vendor queries, processing and booking of invoices in both OCR and WF/ERP systems, maintenance of vendor accounts and open balances…
- coordinating the activities related to the month end procedures
- preparing weekly reports
- supporting AP manager with standardization of related processes
- coordinating regular GR/IR reconciliation
- cooperation with other departments
