You will be responsible for resolving less or more complex problems and dispatch unresolved ones to 2nd/3rd level teams. Your next career path steps could tend to specialization in IT, leadership or people/project management. Also you will have the option to rotate and try another positions within IBM.

Your day to day activities will include:

- Managing incoming issues and client concerns received either via email or call
- Assisting German clients, advising and solving 1st level issues and incidents for a specific application
- Opening and recording all relevant info about issues of clients in a ticketing system
- Analyzing and troubleshooting to resolve problems
- Calling back to clients to confirm outstanding issues were resolved
- Incident Ticket Management - routing more complex problems to 2nd level support group
- Escalating and tracking unresolved issues
- Seeking and exchanging information and ideas in order to continuously improve the service.
- Recommendation of improvements to established procedures and processes.


We need you to:

- be fluent in German and English and to have good communication skills
- have basic IT knowledge (basics of Windows/Linux, basic knowledge of Networking, ....)
- play for the team and to be responsible
- be able and willing to learn
- use specialized technical knowledge to identify, evaluate, and resolve various interrelated, often complex problems
- be responsible for the given tasks as well as for team tasks.
- have great listening skills and passion to help others
- be always optimistic and positive (or just trying to be)
