Complaints Resolution Owner with German

Quote to Cash (Q2C) is an internal IBM organization that plays a rare and integral role in supporting operations, driving key business decisions, and influencing IBM’s business results. We operate as a value-driven team and a trusted advisor to the business, supporting all business units in all geographic areas.

What would be your role?
In this position, that is part of Supply Chain Operations field, you will be a link between the company and our external/internal customers (other departments of IBM), where you will incorporate administrative work, communication, and customer care service into your daily responsibilities. Your contribution will have a direct impact on company's business decisions and customer satisfaction.

And how will you ensure this? By:
• Cooperating with internal IBM customers and departments to ensure resolving clients' complaints
• Capturing & understanding clients' conditions of satisfaction, developing commitment plan & solution, negotiating IBM commitments with the client, and confirming closure of the complaint
• Executing the role in adherence with the IBM Complaint Management Process.

What do you need for success?
• Intermediate English (B2)
• Advanced German (C1)
• Advanced level of MS Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Enthusiastic and dedicated approach
• Strong eye for detail, combined with logical and analytical thinking
• Out-of-the-box perspective.

Salary starting from 1 200 € gross per month, depending on relevant experience and language proficiency.
