Junior Application/Web Developer

We are seeking Application Developers and Web Developers to join the EMEA Kaizen Team.
They will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of developers and business professionals, and will be involved in end-to-end design and implementation of RPA solutions for EMEA Q2C (Quote to Cash) Operations department. Technologies used include Java, JavaScript, Python, as well as VBA, CSS, BluePrism etc.

Our IBM team members would welcome you to:
• Develop solutions using RPA and other technologies to automate processes
• Maintain, enhance, and support existing IT solutions
• Work alongside other developers and senior leadership to develop your technical knowledge and career
• Help troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.

What do you need for your success?
Fluent English language
Ability to write structured, high-performance and reusable code
Ability to quickly pick up new technologies, learn programming languages with ease
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivation, with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities; ability to work both independently and in a team environment

For Application Development:
• Technical knowledge in object-oriented programming languages, such as Java, Python, C, C++, C# etc.

For Web Development:
• Technical knowledge in web tool/applications, such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, Bootstrap, JQuery etc.
• Knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages/frameworks: Node.js, Angular, React.js, Vue.js etc.

Preferred Skills (applicable to both roles):
Knowledge and understanding of design patterns, such as MVC (Model View Controller), Observer etc.
Experience in an Agile software development
Usage of and familiarity with VCS (Version Control Systems), such as Git etc.

Salary starting from 1 400 € gross per month, depending on relevant experience and language proficiency.
