To meet the needs of our clients’ evolving technical and business needs, you will complete a graduate training program incorporating a blended e-learning, classroom and practical learning approach.

As clients accelerate their own digital transformation and buyers needs are much more aligned to digital end to end, Automation and client experience optimisation is a critical and strategic part of Digital Sales.  As our Internship Student you will work with our team, sales teams, marketing and brand organisations to identify and develop areas for process automation relating to the seller and client journeys across the IBM product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Working with the Brand Automation colleagues – improving the process of how is the clients buyer journey represented in IBM, and how sellers can adapt their seller approach to be more automated/digitized.
Become expert at leveraging key tools such as BlueWorks Live for process mapping, Design Thinking and Garage methodology for developing solutions. Co-creation with stakeholders is fundamental.
Drive agile process to manage multiple projects from objectives and key results through to MVP, leveraging technical, marketing and sales experts at the right stages
Share best practice and learn how to replicate what works so that we can quickly scale our projects
