Senior Controller - Cost of Quality (m/f/d)

In this role you will report to the INNIO Croup Controller and will be responsible for establishing the KPIs and the corresponding reporting infrastructure for COQ (Cost of Quality). You will drive measures to reduce COQ.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop understanding of existing business policies, processes on cost of quality including both product and production related Partner with INNIO Group Quality Leader to define key value drivers & KPIs and build effective processes to measure them
• Own reporting of actuals and planning cycles for COQ and partner with Group Controlling to drive consistent approach
• Financial validation and support for the Cost of Quality related Value Creation Program projects
• Provide financial control on customer specific concessions, fleet programs including definition and maintenance of the respective Delegation of Authority (DOA)
• Partner with the INNIO Service Excellence team to develop and understand unplanned costs on Contractual Service Agreements (CSAs) and integrate approach into overall COQ framework
