Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for accepting, monitoring, analyzing the coming calls from all customers with questions regarding finances, statements, complaints, problems with cards, etc.
• Cooperate with clients and consult them on financial and technical aspects of the Company services and products;
• Cooperate and communicate with clients on:
∗ Cards issuing and delivery
∗ Cards blocking and closing
∗ Fraud verification
• Preparations of weekly/ monthly reports;
• Inform customer of deals and promotions
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure;
• Creating Insignia Online Banking statistics upon request
• Clients' assistance and guidance on MasterKey application
• Maintaining CRM and work with internal documents
• Vodafone network (ordering, statistics, cancellations)
• Conducting quarterly customer surveys. Keeping and updating statistics.
• Sending e-mails to clients after monthly mailing
• Additional surveys and tasks due Head of Department
• 24/7 clients’ support
• Updating address table for all clients
• Updating client's gifts list
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Work with ICL+ system, participation in products' testing
