Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Insignia Internship will offer current students a unique opportunity to gain real world experience at our office in Bratislava. The intent of this internship is to develop the Luxury Lifestyle Managers of tomorrow. Interns will work directly with the senior leaders as well as participate in practical learning workshops.
Insignia’s luxury and lifestyle partnerships provide a fast-paced work environment that attract talented Team Members who crave learning new skills and are not afraid to tackle big projects that support the brands' mission, to be the fastest growing, most innovative luxury and lifestyle brand in the world.

As a Luxury Lifestyle Intern your training will cover the following:
• Insignia; a historical and future perspective
• Product Training; on all Insignia products & services
• Sales Training; cross selling, bespoke offers, follow-up, proactive sales
• Communication; verbal, voice coaching, positive language
• Luxury; brand awareness, hotels, shopping, cars & FAM trips
• Systems Training; CRM, GDS, Online tools i.e. Open Table & VPOS

- Hospitality/Lifestyle management/Concierge/Travel agency experience
- Knowledge of popular tourism destinations
- Passion for travelling, lifestyle
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Ability to function in a very fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer care skills
- Problem analysis and problem solving skills
- Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- A professional attitude when dealing with internal customers
- Fluency in English is must, additional language required (Italian, French)
