• Actively offering by phone/email products in the field of aircraft components and consumable material
• Processing bids for customers
• Receive orders and inform the customer about their process
• Respond to the entire order process right from the start up to billing
• Conduct material, service and transport inquiries
• Keep an overview of orders and make daily updates
• Respond flexibly and invent alternative solutions in the event of a sudden situation


• With secondary education
• Purchase / sales experience is an advantage, not a condition
• Active and creative solving of non-standard situations or problems
• With advanced knowledge of English for everyday communication with customers and suppliers, other languages are also beneficial
• Resistant to stress
• MS Office user – particularly Excel - good knowledge
• Proactive attitude and with a business spirit
• Knowledge of Czech language is not a necessity
