Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking to hire a Site Base Leader for management of the Technicians team, who will be responsible for leading the team and organizing trainings for a team in one of our highly automated and fast paced Fulfillment Centers.(FC).
Purpose of the Job:
The Site Base Leader must have, at least, mechanical or electrical knowledge and skills. The focus of the Leader of Technicians role is to ensure safety regulations and policies are respected, to ensure preventative maintenance is conducted on time to a high standard and to provide high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement. Leadership and knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling are also fundamental. As a maintenance leader you must be reliable and have a great eye for detail.
