Your responsibility is to provide 1st level technical support 24/7, service restoration, fulfillment of service request and advice to users ensuring the maximum availability, performance and utilization of knowledge and information systems.

You will provide solutions for user requests based on a knowledge database, available rules and problem descriptions and advice of resolver groups and you will follow a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving to meet set standards and agreed procedures.

Profil kandidáta

  • Speak fluently English at least on level B2
  • Interest in Technology

  • Strong communication Skills
  • Time flexibility – three-shift operation
  • To be eager to gain new knowledge
