Power Bi Guru - freelance or full-time

• Work on improving existing reports and dashboards through continuous improvement, best practices, analytical and strategic thinking, and business intelligence


• Assist with on-going projects as requested


• Optimizing / tuning our self-service BI environment, and with individual applications, helping to minimize additional licensing costs


• Collaborate with a Team of Business Analysts and Business Partners to review and understand the requirements and translate them into visualizations and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in a report


• Communicate and collaborate with teams across the globe to action these requirements and deliver the required reports

• Working experience with Microsoft Power BI reporting


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS (management information system), or a related field


• Excellent knowledge, including implementation/deployment/development in respective product areas is a plus


• Exceptional analytical skills – this person will often be asked for help for diagnosing data/dashboard issues


• Good communication and conflict solving skills


• Excellent management and ability to priories multiple tasks at once


• Fluent English (spoken and written)
