Operations Analyst in RPA team

Main Responsibilities:

- Implement the operational performance management process for entire Shared Services organization (SSC)

• Run and further develop the operational performance management process for SSC (data sources and transformation with IT, modelling, reporting & analysis/simulation; PLAN/ACT variance analysis, tracking of improvement initiatives)
• Be the contact for SSC management, functional leads and internal customers for SSC operational performance
• Create and develop meaningful self-service or compiled reports, dashboards or visualizations using established performance KPIs for varied stakeholders and organizational levels
• Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements by retained organization and SSC
• Monitor compliance with to-be processes, procedures and applicable policies
• Support continuous improvement by in-depth analyses and participation in corresponding projects
• Perform specific data modelling and data analysis on emerging research questions

Main Requirements:

- At least completed Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Analytics, Data / Computer science, Statistics, or other quantitative discipline field

• Performing data-driven analysis, and effectively presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Prior hands-on experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science role performing quantitative analysis
• Advanced English language knowledge
