IT Support with German – Prague, Czech Republic

The Position

- You will be in touch with customers who need help regarding technical issues.

• You will be working in a nice comfortable office in Prague and from here you will also make phone calls or emails to the customers.
• Working hours: Monday-Friday / one-shift system (from 8 am to 5 pm)
• Location in Prague 4 (Pankrác) close to metro station

Candidate's profile

- Advanced spoken English and German (B2-C1 level)

• Previous experience in Customer Service (would be an advantage)
• Candidates without experience in IT are also welcome – We will provide you full training
