IT Team Leader - small team&prestigious company

Prestigious company located in the city center of Prague, with the major business focus in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services, is having right now a , attractive role for IT Team Leader professional, who will lead the team consisted of 8 IT professional members.
What will be your main scope:

→ ensure that the team works effectively&professionally

→ define the targets and evaluate the performance

→ motivate the team, newbies training

→ participate in "hands-on" tasks and operations (technical support&troubleshooting) (L1&L2 support, maintenance,...)

→ preparing the budget, participating in international projects and daily using the English language

What would be essential for this role:

→ very good level of English language + you must be Czech/Slovak speaker

→ Excellent knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, basic networking skills, AD, LAN/WAN - so very good IT knowledge of common MS issues and troubleshooting

→ a little bit of experience of leading other colleagues/small team or mentoring them

→ be able to assert and present well
