We are currently looking for a Business Analyst in Prague to join our team on the client’s side. A great opportunity to work in an IT industry with exposure to new technologies and the international environment.

  • Assist the business in creating and executing test scenarios and test cases

  • Business process mapping & system training as required

  • Identify and implement or support the implementation of enterprise process improvements

  • Find requirements and drive to what the business really needs

  • Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications

  • Facilitate design sessions with vendors or business stakeholders

  • Work with technical resources to translate requirements into technical solutions

Profil kandidáta


  • At least five years of experience in a similar area

  • Excellent ability to determine key info/messages, consolidate them and present them in a clear and compelling way

  • Communication and negotiation skills with forecasting and reporting on various levels

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

  • Multi-disciplinary teams operating in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment

  • Experience with HR or Payroll business systems as well as the pharma environment is a plus

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
