What will you be doing?
You will be the first point of contact for the customers. You will be in charge of responding to customer queries regarding flight reservations/ cancellations, online check-ins, etc.. over the phone.

Profil kandidáta
We are looking for a person who is:
- Proficient in both English and GERMAN (on a level B2 level at least)
- A reliable team player, who has good communication skills and likes working with people
- Not afraid of multitasking
