Electronic Valid Team Leader

• Rsponsibility for leading of validation team globally – support for preparation of DV/PV, EMC, ENV test plans and test timings, transfer, coordination of testing package (Customer, Varroc, Legislation).
• Responsibility for timing coordination, escalation of delays, reporting to customers
• Coordination of EMC testing in external / internal laboratories.
• During a quotation phases - responsibility for revision of customer specification and estimation of testing costs for EMC and electronic tests
• Support during issue solving process together with project and quality teams
• Managing positive atmosphere and cooperation in the team
• Supporting evaluation of individual's performance by giving appropriate feedback
• Cooperation with other teams during development process, lessons learned activity and future projects development

• Technical education – Electronic
• Knowledege of electronic systems and EMC
• English (good level as a minimum)
• Time management, Capacity to supervise, Negotiating skills, Quality Orientation, Stress resistant
• Experiences with team management and leadership
• Strong focus on goals delivering
• Ability to work in international environment and with global teams
• Willingness to occasionally travel and visit other Varroc locations, customers or suppliers
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and confidence to operate autonomously
