A great opportunity to work in an IT industry with exposure to new technologies and international environment of IT Services and Engineering Solutions company. The company has a headquarter in Switzerland and operations in many EU countries and will welcome a new colleague.

Both permanent employment contract and IČO (trade license) are possible.

  • Delivery of Windows services and daily operations of application infrastructure

  • Analysis, identification and problem solving

  • Request management, incident management, problem and change management

  • Consultation, implementation and system management

  • Cooperation with colleagues regarding design of new infrastructure or upgrade of existing systems

  • Solving of security issues, security analysis and reports

  • Working in GxP environment

  • Part of work in context of IT service delivery: creation of documentation, mapping of processes, communication with customer, participation in projects if needed

Profil kandidáta


  • At least 5 years of enterprise scale Microsoft Windows Server (2008, 2012 +) practical experience with Windows systems management, deployment, troubleshooting, change management and root cause analysis

  • Must have understanding of aspects of ICT infrastructure technologies and have overview in another areas: networking, security, storage and virtualization technologies (VMWARE ESX/Windows Hyper-V)

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure / AWS cloud services

  • Experience in Wintel area is necessary + ideally in combination with another technologies or areas (e.g.: Virtualization; MSSQL; Storage; etc.)

  • Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and associated infrastructure services (DHCP, DNS, Group Policies)

  • Networking skills

  • Ideally experience bash, PowerShell / VBScript and SQL knowledge

  • Fluency (written and spoken) in English & Czech or Slovak

  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills

  • Experience from global projects and enterprise environment are beneficial

  • Knowledge of ITIL principles will be a big plus, GxP environment experience will be beneficial

  • Working knowledge of FoxPro DB, Siemens COMOS and Citrix is beneficial
