Your responsibility

• Responsible for the commercial success of your store
• Responsible for the sales area: ensure optimal presentation of the sales area, planning sales pro­motion etc.
• Provide comprehensive advice and support to our customers, managing different needs at the same time
• Communicate with interfaces such as Purchasing, Visual Merchandising and Human Resources
• Coordinate and motivate the team
• Carry out staff development and talent management

Your strengths

• Ideally you have completed a retail training or a course to become a textile industry business manager (m/f)
• You have several years’ professional experience in a comparable position in the premium segment
• You are fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of German language is a plus
• You are strongly customer-oriented, show top-seller qualities, have an understanding of business principles as well as business acumen
• You are a marked talent for organization and have an independent, solution-oriented approach to work
• You are a good communicator with a positive attitude
• You show the commitment, drive and enthusiasm for leading a team
