We are looking for an Account Manager whose mission is to increase sales volume and margins by attracting new customers and expanding products and services to existing customers.
Your main responsibilities:
• To manage the existing Teleflex Hudson Respiratory business
• Design and implement sales strategies to grow new and existing business (using company Challenger process)
• Research prospective customers and identifies the right customer stakeholders to be involved in the purchasing process
• Maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty resulting in long-term contracts
• Develops a business plan to achieve goals and derives individual goals for each customer account
• Manage public tenders and price quotations in collaboration with the Customer Service & Tender Management team and Product divisions
• Participate in the introduction of new products and solutions
• Support to implement the marketing strategy in the region
• Provide correct and up to date sales forecasts
• Keep relevant systems like CRM correct and up to date
• Actively make improvement suggestions to Product divisions
• Obtain information about competing products
• Organize symposia, conferences and regional exhibitions to promote products

Personality requirements and skills

• Bachelor degree in business and/or healthcare
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as account manager in healthcare industry is a must
• Able to quickly build relationships with key people internally and externally
• Solid industry experience and knowledge of hospital decision-making processes
• Understands tender processes and able to adjust strategy accordingly
• Strong drive for results – motivated by high rewards
• Well organized and structured
• Able to work in a demanding environment
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Fluent in English (C1)
