Job Description
• Manage and develop the Czech Air - Sea subsidiary with full P&L responsibility
• Lead and develop your team
• Acquire new clients for air freight and sea freight logistics and further develop the product portfolio
• International reporting line
• Actively represent and promote the local operations within the global organisation in order to facilitate international synergies and cross selling
• Be responsible for maintaining high service quality and operational excellence by developing smart KPIs and defining processes in line with the headquarter's strategy
• Conduct market and competition analysis in order gain market share
The Successful Applicant
• Degree in economics / logistics
• Minimum 5 years experience in freight forwarding and sales in sea/ air freight logistics in international environment
• Proven leadership experience
• Proactive, hands-on and structured way of working with interest in building up teams and structures
• Service oriented, committed and dynamic
• Very good communication, negotiation and consultation skills
• Very good MS-Office skills
• Fluent in Czech and English (ideally German)
