Responsibilities:

  • Being the Personal Assistant and manage calendar for Country Director
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating office related projects
  • Organizing small office events
  • Maintaining trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
  • Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers
  • Being responsible for the office environment
  • Being partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Processing incoming invoices
  • Being active part of the employee motivation program

Requirements:

  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Native Czech speaker
  • At least 1-3 year of relevant work experience in similar position
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint usage
  • Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ownership and being responsible
  • Positive, open and friendly mind-set
