Organization of the production of PLASTFOIL® polymer waterproofing materials is the second global strategic step of PENOPLEX® holding in the market of insulation materials. In 1998, our company became the first domestic manufacturer of thermally insulated materials made from extruded polystyrene foam. This served as the impelling force for developing these products in the Russian market. To this day, PENOPLEX® remains the leader in this market in terms of product quality, as well as sales volumes, with a current market share of 56%.

Responsibilities
Implement sales and marketing activities to grow the revenue and profitability from the geographical area
Plannig and conduct negotiations with clients (architectors, general contractors, roofers)
Represent Plastfoil (c) to customers in a professional manner
Prepare proposals for new business
Concludes an agreement and negotiates terms of delivery
Report to Head of Export

Key Requirements:
Higher education degree in technicals
Successful sales experience In Czech Republic
Strong communication skills
Upper-intermediate English is must
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet pressing deadlines
Ability to travel extensively (all country areas)
Driver’s license and own car, ready to use it in business trips (Czech Republic and seldom Slovak Republic)

Compensations
Salary - Fix 1750 Euro/month + Flex 1200 Euro/month
Mobile, gasoline
