Job description, responsibilities and duties

POSITION SUMMARY

The incumbent will have responsibility to provide the commercial organization one or more of the following services and support on Country level, depending on the number and composition of the country Sales Enablement team:

  • Responsible for the operations regarding fieldforce effectiveness and impact. To enable this, the person must perform proactive solutions to business units, size and structure analysis, territory alignment procedures, quota allocation processes based on regional market trends and sales performances.
  • Responsible for the regional sales performance tracking operations for the fieldforce. To enable this, the person must perform and control the functions for data loading, processing, validation, and eventually processing based on approved and compliant performance tracking tools.
  • Responsible for the operational administration of incentive plans for the fieldforce. To enable this, the person must perform the administrative functions for data loading, processing, mapping/crediting, roll-up, validation, and eventually processing based on approved and compliant incentive plans
Fieldforce Effectiveness and Impact:
  • Execute transactional business processes / tools and deliver agreed services for;
    • Data analysis & Reporting incl. Ad.hoc analysis, Size and Structure analysis, Territory alignment procedures, Quota setting, Quota attainment calculation and Incentives calculation and Award, Responding to business modifications (e.g. redeployment, ad-hoc events)
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement colleagues in the country/cluster to implement common effectiveness strategy and processes
  • Develop effective and valued relationships with stakeholders in the designated country / cluster
  • Provide feedback to all relevant colleagues & teams in Business Operations to meet country needs or address issues
  • Provide analytical support and expertise for key projects
Incentive Compensation:
  • Execute transactional business processes / tools and deliver agreed services for;
    • Data analysis & Reporting incl. Ad.hoc analysis, Quota setting, Quota attainment calculation and Incentives calculation and Award, Responding to business modifications (e.g. redeployment, ad-hoc events), Eligibility rules and Workers council consultation (if required) support
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate information related to Incentive Compensation (IC) - including (but not limited to) Bonus, Contests & Awards, Performance Tracking, Reports, and Goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement colleagues in the country/cluster to implement Sales Enablement I/C strategy and processes
  • Develop effective and valued relationships with stakeholders in the designated country / cluster
  • Provide feedback to all relevant colleagues & teams in Business Operations to meet country needs or address issues
  • Provide analytical support and expertise for key projects

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics or Business Administration from a reputable university
  • MBA would be an asset
  • Passion for problem-solving; curiosity for challenging problems. Affinity to numbers
  • Experience in project, customer and deadline management
  • Willingness and potential for learning and development
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills:
  • High level of comfort with MS Office Set; conducting analyses using Excel, synthesizing and presenting insights in PowerPoint is an integral part of the work
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • High level of independent and service oriented working attitude
  • Very good communication and inter-personal skills

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

This position is office-based, however periodic travel might be required depending on business requirements. The incumbent will be required to work a normal working week as per local Country practices. It is expected that the incumbent will be willing to work outside of normal hours and/or on weekends in special circumstances to deliver on critical and/or urgent business deliverables.
