Become a part of the Placense family! Our expansion to Slovakia can’t happen without a strong Tech Account Manager like you. Take the lead and help translate our client’s business questions into data metrics.
Placense offers you the opportunity to join a fast-scaling international AI startup, which KPMG considers ‘the Google analytics for the physical world’. As a Technical Account Manager you are working at the interface between clients, their business needs and the data team on our side.
Within our Customer Success team, you will work closely with clients from different industries, namely international retail groups, top management consultancies, media agencies and investment groups. You will help these companies and cities throughout Europe make sustainable decisions based on people’s mobility - at any place and time. In order to advise them, we combine machine learning and anonymisation algorithms to deliver insights, which are unique in their granularity and privacy protection.

Your tasks as a Technical Account Manager revolve around transferring customer wants and needs into data-driven analyzes. These tasks include:
- Handling client projects for real estate, retail, OOH, smart city use cases
- Analysing data, deriving & visualizing insights for better understanding and development
- Being the “voice of the customer” towards the product development team
- Proactively developing new data queries and analyses to answer client’s business questions
- Taking leadership of the technical data side of clients projects
