Currently, we are looking for Facilities Coordinator for a fixed-term contract

This position is needed to coordinate the diverse activities of the site as they relate to Facility Services, real estate/leasing activities, and other related activities such as Health & Safety programs, OSHA compliance, etc. This position acts as liaison between Facilities & Engineering, Health & Safety, and Purchasing teams and local and corporate management.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in general office operations and/or facility management experience
Administrative/Coordination experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent fluency in Polish language
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Good written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Must be able to multi task daily and pay close attention to detail
