Corporate Project Manager

For our client, an international partner for congresses, events and communiacion, we are looking for suitable candidates on the position Corporate Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming inquiries and providing timely proposals
• Managing the day-to-day activities and daily operations of entrusted projects
• Lead and/or participation in several projects within department on domestic territory
• Participation and/or logistical support on site
• Selection and management of suppliers
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers and vendors
• Overall administrative work – follow up on accounting/invoicing/reporting

Qualifications:

• Languages – Czech and English (both on professional basis) are mandatory. Other languages will be considered as an advantage
• Driving licence B
• Previous experience in the meeting industry is an advantage
• Strong planning, organising and monitoring abilities self-driven and self-reliant personality with methodical and rigorous approach
• Good communication skills, pleasant attitude and customer orientation
• Collaboration & teaming
• Microsoft Office applications
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and DTP production
• CV in English and Czech
