Lawyer - claims, insurances

For our client, an international logistics company, we are looking for an experienced lawyer to represent company’s interests in the Czech Republic.

Responsibilities:

• Administration of CMR claims, insurances
• Process management of cargo / transport damages, preparation of claims documentation, evaluation and analyses
• Preparation and control of company’s contracts, internal documents
• Cooperation with clients, problem solving
• Consulting colleagues regarding legal matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law
• Similar work experience, knowledge of the CMR convention is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Czech language and English or German language is required
• Computer literacy
• Responsibility, attentiveness, quick reaction, ability to work in a team and individually, logical and analytical thinking
