What are your duties?
- Introduction and acquaintance of our products
- Professional support and process of customer requests (e-mail and phone)
- Willingness to assist customers with products and setups above and beyond
- Communication with foreign corporate companies
NOTE: Do not be afraid. At the beginning the mandatory training is provided to every new member of our team and you will get all needed information.
What do we require?
- Fluent English (company language) OR ENG + SK/HUN/CZ/POL/DUTCH/IT/ESP
- Ability to solve ad-hoc issues
- Proactive interaction with customers
- Great communication skills, team spirit
- Friendly person who is willing to participate in building our culture
- Previous experience in communication with customers is advantage
