Your daily duties
• Maintaining office services (Brno and Prague) – organizing office, monitoring clerical functions, budgeting
• Leading a team of approximately 10 assistants and receptionists
• Implementing administrative systems and processes
• Overseeing providers for services (facility part) - cleaning, maintenance, premises rentals
You will need
• Experience in similar position
• Organizational skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• English upper intermediate and Czech/Slovak
• Open for travelling (Brno Prague)
