• 5+ years of experience in collections or related area and excellent managerial skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel is needed, SAP or Oracle is a plus
• Strong managerial as well as communications skills
• Ability to develop and train junior employees
