Job description, responsibilities and duties
Define in detail the process steps and process deviations in their area of responsibility
Promote standardization and support regions / sites in scope validation and evaluation of scope extensions
Manage and coordinate the respective design of new requirements and communicate decisions to their organizations
Coordinate and actively manage the key user network of brands globally
First point of contact for local key users or other business unit members and manage deliverables (create, validate, test, deploy, train)
Escalation towards our clients Group IT first level support if required
