• Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items offered by the department assigned

• Experience in a Food & Beverage role, luxury hotels experience is preferred
• English language - excellent oral and written skills
• Eligibility to work in European Union is a MUST (i.e. only European Union citizens can be considered, as work permit is not provided for this position).
• Ability to work as part of a team, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions
