Job description, responsibilities and duties

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Global Data Management (GDM) team carries out operational HR administration and related processes for SAP subsidiaries, mainly dealing with employee data. The core GDM function is personnel administration, cooperation and consultation with HR Business Partners, Local HR Services, Payroll Consultants, Employees or Managers. Apart from regular activities, there are many projects running in parallel. Project Associate – HR position will support both parts – RUN (Operations) and BUILD (projects).


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Get familiar with RUN operations – be able to perform basic activities with full understanding of all circumstances (this position will start with standard RUN workload);
• Ensure information flow with all departments and functions in SAP, which are involved in organization data processing;
• Provide accurate and friendly advice and service to all customers, such as colleagues, employees and managers;
• Work with other team members sharing knowledge;

• Administrative support with GDM Projects governance, challenge its complexity;

• Co-ordinate project activities; communicate with team members and stakeholders, prepare project charters;

• Prepare presentations; organize conferences with international audience;

• Work with Big Data – prepare, analyse, present.

• Experience with project coordination or administrative project management experience is a plus;
• SAP HR system knowledge advantage;
